Adrianna Gardiner
Project Coordinator, Borderless Action to Education

Adrianna joined the Black Creek Youth Initiative as the Project Coordinator for the Borderless Action to Education (BATE) project — a six-year initiative focused on addressing barriers to education for non-status and precarious status youth in Ontario, while amplifying their voices to inform policy change.

She is a dedicated community services professional committed to strengthening program delivery and ensuring that all residents have access to meaningful supports. With experience in the non-profit and NGO sectors, Adrianna brings a strong passion for serving newcomers and other community members who face systemic barriers.

Her work is guided by a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes removing obstacles and biases, while fostering inclusive practices that make programs accessible to everyone. Adrianna is driven by the belief that every individual should feel seen, supported, and empowered through the services available to them.

Outside of her professional role, Adrianna enjoys playing flag football and staying active through community sports.
