At the Black Creek Youth Initiative, we believe in the important role of volunteers and the unique talents and perspectives they bring to our organization. Volunteers are very important for a community organization and form the backbone of its programs and services.

For these reasons, BCYI is committed to respectfully manage volunteers in a manner that reflects the organization as well as meet the needs of the volunteer.

Our volunteers assist in running and facilitating regular programs, special events, and participate in community-based research projects.

​The Black Creek Youth Initiative is always open for community members to volunteer, gain skills and broaden their social network.
