
Dalubuhle (Dalu) Ndlovu is a strategic and passionate systems leader with a strong track record in program planning, monitoring, and evaluation across multiple sectors. Skilled in developing and implementing strategies at both local and provincial levels, he is especially committed to advancing equity and accessibility in healthcare for marginalized communities.
As the co-founder and Chair of the Black Creek Youth Initiative (BCYI), Dalu has played a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for young people in Toronto’s Black Creek community. His leadership helps youth navigate systemic challenges while building resilience and improving mental health outcomes.
Beyond BCYI, Dalu serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Vitanova Addiction Treatment Centre in Vaughan and contributes his expertise as a member of the Ontario Health System Transformation Advisory Regional Table (START).
He holds a Master of Health Science in Health Administration from the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (IHPME) at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Human Rights and Equity Studies from York University. Dalu is also certified in Negotiation & Leadership from Harvard Law School.
Outside of his professional roles, Dalu enjoys hiking and camping, finding inspiration and balance in the outdoors.
