Francisca Ninji Tchambu is a dedicated child and youth worker and a long-time resident of the Black Creek community, where she has lived for over a decade. As both a professional and community member, she brings invaluable lived experience, passion, and insight to her role on the BCYI board.

Her commitment to youth development extends beyond her career — her own children are active leaders and volunteers in BCYI programs, reflecting the values of service and leadership that Francisca instills at home. She is passionate about building safe, supportive, and empowering spaces for young people and families, and her deep connection to the community continues to strengthen BCYI’s mission and impact.
